At Sunny Slope Quilts, I offer long-arm quilting services to help bring your quilting projects to life. Whether you’ve pieced a small quilt or a large masterpiece, I am here to finish it beautifully and efficiently.

What We Offer:

• Long-Arm Quilting
  Using my long-arm machine, I will quilt your project with precision, adding texture and design that enhances your quilt top. Choose from a variety of patterns to fit your vision.

• Custom Quilting
  For a more personal touch, I offer custom quilting where we can discuss your preferred patterns and designs to suit your unique project. I have years of experience with both cotton blocking and T-shirt quilt design and creation.

• Edge-to-Edge Quilting
  If you’re looking for an affordable, efficient option, edge-to-edge quilting offers beautiful all-over designs for any size quilt.

Quilting Process

For the quilting process, you will need to provide the completed top piece that has been squared on all sides. You also need to provide the backing material that is 6 inches wider than the top piece, on all sides. You may supply the batting that you wish me to use for your project.  If I supply the batting, that would be an additional charge per yard used (based on the size of your project).   I have used both poly fill and spare blankets as the batting for various projects.    Your batting choice needs to be the best fit for the outcome you desire for your project.  We can talk about that as part of our design consultations.

How It Works:

1. Prepare your quilt top by trimming all threads, ironing all the seams and squaring the quilt - do not spray baste or glue the edges.

2. Send me Your Quilt: If you are local to Phoenix I am willing to arrange a drop off. If you are out of the local area, then you can send your quilt to Sunny Slope Quilts via UPS.

3. Consultation: We’ll talk about your quilting vision and select the best quilting style for your project.

4. Completion: Once the quilt is complete, I’ll return it to you ready for binding and finishing.

Pantograph Quilting Design Pricing

At Sunny Slope Quilts, I offer pantograph quilting as an affordable and efficient way to finish your quilt. Here's how we calculate the cost:

1. Measure Your Quilt
   Pricing is charged per square inch of your quilt top. See my intake form to determine the total square inches of your project.

2. Pricing
   Continuous Large, loose, open design without regard for blocks or borders. $.023/square inch*

   Continuous Medium, open design without regard for blocks or borders $.026/square inch*

   Continuous Dense, open design without regard for blocks or borders $.030/square inch*

   Minimum charge for any project is $50.00*

   “Project” is defined as one piece. Multiple smaller pieces will be treated as individual projects and priced accordingly.

Payment options

Payment for services will need to be finalized before the project is released back to you. I can offer several payment options for you, Zelle, Venmo, Cash or check and we can discuss which path works best for you.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are not included in the square-inch work charges. I am willing to ship the project back to you. Consider sending your own batting to me so the weight of the batting is part of the original shipping costs. If you purchase the batting through me then the added weight of the batting will be added to the final shipping costs. Please provide the shipping company and price you paid to get it to me. Final shipping costs can only be determined once the project is completed. On both shipping directions the tracking information needs to be shared between us both. Consider your insurance options when sending your project through the mail. The level of insurance you purchase when you send the project to me will be matched when I send it back to you.
